I have worked in the Phoenix Union High School District as a Special Educator and CTE 1 teacher since 2008. I matriculated at Mississippi Valley State University (an HBCU), and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition, I hold a Master of Business Administration, Master of Special Education, and Master of Educational Leadership. I am certified in the following areas: Cross-Category Special Education, Career & Technical Education, English, and School Administration. International travel is one of my favorite things to do, and I have visited over 20 countries and multiple cities throughout Africa, Europe, and Asia. My family and I currently reside in Arizona. Becoming a Fulbright Scholar has been one of the most exciting things that has happened to me!
